Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a quick tip to unstick skirt tabs. We've all been there - you're out on the water, trying to change your skirt tab, and it won't budge. It can be frustrating and time-consuming, but there's an easy fix.
First, try gently twisting the skirt back and forth while pulling it away from the head of the lure.
Another trick is to use a small amount of lubricant, like WD-40 or silicone spray, to loosen up the tab. Simply apply a small amount to the base of the tab and let it sit for a few minutes before trying to remove it again.
If all else fails, you can heat up the lure head with a hairdryer or heat gun. This can help to expand the plastic and loosen up the tab. Just be careful not to overheat the lure and damage it.
I hope these tips help when you get stuck with a stubborn skirt tab next time. Happy skirting!
