 What chemical is worm oil?

I'm wondering if it's a common oil, that I could much cheaper or local in a different market.

 like the man says...if you're swimming in the ocean and get bitten by a shark, its not a shark attack. You're in THEIR neighborhood. If you're at home in your shower, turn around and a shark is in there with you...THAT'S a shark attack

Not sure exactly what the chemical is but you can get a pint of plastic softener from barlows for 11 dollars which is worm oil.

Thanks. I was planning to go to Barlows. That's wild they sell 2oz bottles of scented worm oil for $5.00, then they sell a pint of softener for $11.00. I'm just looking to add lubrication to my bags of dried out worms, but I bet I could find scents for cheap as well.

Not to mention all the good scents of worm oil are out of stock and all they have are strawberry, grape, and other fruit flavors  I use power team lures hog tonic, different flavors of pro cure, jj's magic, and lunker city super stank squid for scent and they all work great. Not exactly cheap, but I use them sparingly so they last forever.

Some people say its mineral oil. I disagree though. There is to much conflicting information out there for me to try it.

Worm oil is typically a plasticizer, with scent added or no scent. This is correct. Worm oil is the same chemical structure as liquid plastic softener.
