Yes sir.

Blue gill are also excellent bait for catching bull reds.

I may be the only person to publicly admit to catching bull reds and sharks on big blue gill.

Bull reds and sharks are not picky eaters and will chomp on anything with flesh/meat.

They don’t work as well as mullet or crab; but they work just fine.
