I would focus on fishing for white bass. Find some moving water are head to one of the other chain lakes.

Difficult area to fish. LBJ has it's good days and bad days. Mostly bad days. confused 3

Side Note: Llano River holds some very nice Guadalupe Bass! About 35 minutes from Marble Falls. thumb

Head up the lake to where it takes a hard right, fish outside bend which will be on your left with jigs and worms. Then go up to the rocks and fish with jigs again and crankbaits.

What a SURPRISE! It turns out that our house for Family Reunion was on LBJ instead of Marble Falls. Fishing docks in our cove behind Beaver Island...almost all males up shallow on Green Pumpkin Wacky Worm. The Grandkids even caught some off our dock with a few crappie...great trip. Grandson from Las Vegas caught his first bass and was so excited. Females should be moving up soon.
