Hi, all.

I have a early 90s 19' v hull with a merc 150hp 2 stroke that I bought as my first boat during the pandemic. There wasn't many options and I didn't want to put out the money for a good bass boat when I barely knew how to trailer or drive a boat. Since then I've really enjoyed fishing and boating and I'm looking to upgrade to a fishing pontoon due to the size of my family. I've put a lot of money into the boat in maintenance, a new trolling motor, and electronics - far more than the boat is worth - and now it looks like I need to spend money on a new trim assembly. Not certain what my next move should be - sell it at a significant discount as is, send it to auction, or take off the electronics/motor and then sell it cheap, or none of the above?
