Does anyone know when the first shad spawn is? I have been told that shad have more than one spawn, just don't know when the first spawn is. Thanks Daniel

Last year on March 29 water 65° they started at Pines.

It was happening on cypress springs this weekend Can be fun when they are crashing the retaining wall there.

I am sure someone knows more than me but I was under the impression they spawned almost year round but there has to be a major spawn. When was the BASS tourney at Ray Roberts where they were throwing swim jigs in the brush and caught all those nice fish?
