OP Bassjiggin1955 Angler B Joined: Sep 2022 Posts: 317	How to open up the skirts take both ends of the skirt in your fingers and run over that edge of a simi sharp board I use one for my vise. Run it back and fourth a half dozen time ans it will puff out when you hold one end.
