That's a heck of a deal.

These batteries are legit!! I was a bit skeptical. I fished a tourney today. 7 hours of non-stop use. I had the live wells running 5 minutes into it. Active Target, three Carbons, lights for an hour, even had my sonic hub playing my 80’s music all day.

The 125 was at 83% charged and the 50’s were at 80% after I put it on the trailer. Impressive.

I’m going on 2 years now with mine. Still amazes me how they perform

Love my Ionics! I run two of the 100ah for my 24v Ultres and don't think I could run them down in one day. I usually fish two or the times before I charge them...

I’ve had mine for a couple weeks now. Two long saturdays, and three week night short tourneys. The Saturday tournaments, I only drawn them down to 80% or so. The evening tournaments they have been run as low as 93%. Funny to plug in the charger, open the Ionic app, and see that they will be fully charged in 18 minutes after fishing for 3 hours.
Been to the lake 5 times and I haven’t run them down low enough for it to count as a “cycle” on the battery status screen of the app.

They are impressive.

Love mine. I've had mine for 3 years. I've run them out of power two times, but it is because one of them had failed. When one fails you won't be getting 36 volts, they simply quit working. When one fails it just needs to be re-booted. By rebooting all you do is hook it up to the charger, and then take another lithium battery and jump it, just like you are jumping a car battery. You will barely even notice a spark when it happens, but that is it, they told me it's a matter a re-booting the memory board on the inside of the battery. I'm sure the refurbished batteries are from someone who tried this method, but failed to do it correctly and sent it back for warranty, then once they got it back they did the reboot on them and they worked. Most important thing is to check them on the blue tooth app to make sure they are 100% charged. I will get lazy and just plug them in to charge them the night before I go out, then the next morning un-hook and go fish and not check the blue tooth app.

I ordered 3. One was dead from the get go. I called tech support and described the situation and what the app said about the battery. The tech said nothing on the phone was gonna fix it. He overnighted me a new battery and sent a return label for the bad battery. He also said he was going to hand select a new battery for me. It literally was a new battery. He then included a bunch of little things like decals, brochures, and terminal cleaner/dressing packets.

I’d say the customer service was “power pole” good from Ionic.

Discharging them below 80% is a cycle….I think.

I have fished mine now about 18-20 trips. I have 5 “cycles” on the 125ah and 3 cycles on one 50Ah and 2 cycles in the other 50Ah. I just don’t fish long enough to drain them down below the threshold that would count as a cycle.

Not so happy now , I bought a 12v 50ah , so it shows up and and has a sticker on it and it says 12 v 48 ah , call customer service and he says drop it down to 20% , should fix it .
Was down to 49 % and shuts down , no nothing , no blue tooth , only used it twice . Charges back up to 12v 46 ah . That's why you only get 30 days warranty , $175.00 down the drain

Oof, sorry to hear about that experience. That sure is a bummer. Do you have an idea how long it takes to get to the 49%? I would assume the internal meter is accurate, but maybe it isn't.

I do have a basic capacity tester that can see how much is available..
