Now, I would have tried to trade Parsons....trading Parsons would solve virtually every hurdle they are facing. Draft picks to do anything they want, money to make Lamb happy....could pick best OT, best WR, best RB, probably have 3rd and 5th round extra picks to get quality LB, more O line depth...it would just be easy....Dak plays the season...if he catches lightning in a bottle, cool....if not, Trey Lance is sitting there to take over a LOADED team

Get off the idea of trading Parsons, that would be a huge mistake, pass rushers like him do not come along very often.

I was really proud of Parsons leadership on the defensive side of the ball against green Bay when the packers scored over, and over, again and again and again...... he really brought it.

Yes me too, I forgot he was on the field by himself. They kind of reminded me of the Texas A & M teams of the past 85 years , well maybe not so much, Cowboys have 5 Championships in 64 years, remind me of how many the Aggies have won in the past 85 years or so lol.

for everyone wanting to trade parson for a high draft picks like the HW deal did for JJ. I think you are forgetting one thing he hasn't played that well lately to get those picks. They’re may be reasons but the fact is big time players find a way to rise to the top. I bet a number one and maybe a 3 and 4 maybe all that is offered. I think his upside if he can get back to the top is worth more than a few picks right now on the gamble.

if you can get a couple OL and a running back and keep the rest on offense. What would it take to trade Parson if they get to paying well. Two number one's and who would give that.

Just my .02

Everything will be just fine; just a quick rebuilding year is all.

They will not trade him but if they would consider it I could see two number 1's and a couple of 2's or 3's. Parsons is a linebacker and an edge rusher, not too many of those guys around, especially ones that are in the defensive mvp running the first three years of his young career. I could be wrong but I think the Cowboy defense is going to be quite a bit better than what it was last year ( which was pretty good ) except for the play off game, if they get another guy that can rush the passer ( I think they did ) its going to be hell on opposing QB's.

When he said “all in” he was trying to communicate that his Depends were full.

I agree that is what I was trying to say I just don't believe anyone will give them that

Guess not, would have bet a you a catfish basket to a cheeseburger basket they would have some how got one in the fourth round, there will be backs available around training camp and early pre season not to mention a trade, they did get a corner that some had as a third rounder in the 5th and a receiver that could be a lot like Gallup in his prime in the 6th.

It's amazing how the shine is off the RB position in the NFL. I guess undrafted free agents is where a bunch are gonna end up

They had a great draft IF they all play like they've shown and stay healthy....hell of a draft...but I do not agree with not drafting a RB with up side....I know Zeke is coming home with a point to prove, but it's damn risky

looks like they stuck to their draft board and did not reach for a player, I am sure they tried to move up to get a runner but the price was too high, they will find one, or if they block really good the stable of backs they have could get it done.
