EM Sandies help please!

Can someone give me a general idea of the pattern for Sandies. I have been sticking out left and right the last few times I have been out. I am sure it is because I have not finch the past couple of years like I used to. I have been going out late afternoon till sundown and have not found em at all. Do I need to try the morning. Not looking for specific spots, I probably know them already, just not finding them.

I've been striking out as well......looking at all of the usual spots. However, I have been finding some nice blue cats where I normally find sandbass........

Quick update.......I was out a couple of days this week and have been able to pickup a few sandbass here and there......using white/silver slabs in 20-25 fow. Has anyone seen them schooling? I'm certainly not finding them stacked up like I have in years past.
