I can offer financing for as little as 4.99% for 12 years with no prepayment penalty and loan amounts from $1,000 to $100,000!

How about some new windows? Get rid of those old aluminum windows that are costing you a fortune in electricity and noisy. We can install new vinyl, low e, double pane, argon filled and energy star rated windows for much less than you think! White, taupe, and khaki are standard pricing. We can also do bronze outside and white inside or black outside and white inside for a little more. We also do frameless shower doors.

Just installed these last week! Custom metal doors. Single and double. They look great and not nearly as expensive as you might think!

We can install Pella fiberglass/composite windows at a fraction of the cost of a Renewal By Anderson window. If you've ever been quoted by Renewal by Anderson than you know what I'm talking about! I'm installing 21 Pella fiberglass windows in Crowley next month when they come in. Renewal quoted them $55,000. I was able to offer the Pella window, which in my opinion is a better window anyway, for just over 20k. Don't confuse these with the vinyl windows! They are not the same. Vinyl would have been much cheaper but the wife was dead set on the fiberglass windows so there you go! Anyway if you're getting quoted by Renewal or if you want to see what the difference would be between vinyl and fiberglass windows just hit me up!

We can also do coatings for metal and flat roofs. Residential or commercial. Acrylic coatings for sloped roofs and silicone for flat roofs. Much cheaper than replacement plus the benefit of being a tax write off as it’s considered maintenance and it offers energy savings as well. Instead of 160 degree temps on a hit summer day the roof will be what ever it is outside. Ambient coatings. Can do them in any color to match. Let me know how I can help!

Too far North for me....

For all you older Texas Ranger fans we are almost finished with a complete exterior paint job of this home originally built by the great Al Oliver when he played here for the Rangers! What’s the going rate per sq foot to build on a patio/concrete ? Thinking 20x30 or 20x40 with a 12x40 drive way.

There's really not a standard answer for that as there are many many variables. We would need to look at it in person to go over what exactly you're looking for, type of materials, finish out etc. Feel free to call or text me or pm here if you would like for us to come out and give you an estimate!
