Asking for a friend … is theee a way to know about what time the TPWD arrives at a specific location? Yes I’ve tried calling the hatchery!

If it’s a state park you can call the headquarters and ask them. They will typically have an idea more or less what time they’ll show up.

The standard answer is from 10am till 2pm.
