The neighbor’s kid was helping me with something this morning, and when we got though we went fishing at my pond. I knew we could catch and release a bunch of sunfish of all sizes. Twice, as I was pulling in some small fish, a really big Bass came after the little fish, and missed. He was big. The neighbor’s kid saw it, and howled with surprise. Well, it wasn’t a 10 pounder, but maybe 5 or a bit more. Way bigger than I thought I had in the pond.

I wonder what bait I’ll need to get him. Must think on it.

Try a small live Bluegill on a float. You will catch that bass!
