Purchased a used one , will not register with current system . Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated . Thanks

The unit has to be MEGA SI+ or MEGA DI+ to run it. If the display is older than the current generation, you may have to install newer software to have the MEGA 360 capability.

Make sure you have the right transducer selected and also clean power to the 360.

I have a mega 360 that came with the Skeeter . One of the wires broke into down in the shaft . I bought a used and it won’t work . I tried reset my screen but that didn’t work . Any help will be appreciated , Thanks

No has to be MSI+ or MDI+.
Helix would be G3N/G4N
SOLIX would be G2/G3
APEX units since there are no generations yet.
