nfhbass Extreme Angler N Joined: Nov 2023 Posts: 1,396 Central Minnesota	I’d throw moving baits with it. Swim jigs, spinnerbaits, buzz baits, small boot tail swimbaits, chatter baits. You could probably use it to rip traps in the the grass. You could probably drag bottom contact baits with it as well, but I prefer a faster tip for that…

nfhbass Extreme Angler N Joined: Nov 2023 Posts: 1,396 Central Minnesota	That really is a very versatile all around rod. The reel might be a bit fast, you can easily reel certain baits too fast and kill their action, but you can work around that.

I agree with this...my original response was faulty in that I overlooked the "medium" part of the OP's post and my response was based on the rod being a heavy, not medium heavy...
