Question: since bluegill spawn on the full moon, is the bite better before, during or after the full moon? and what is the time window?

TB6...On this lake the sunfish spawn starting in April & all summer long until they disappear in late Sept or early October. From what I have seen, I don't believe the moon has anything to do with it...It's more water temperature related. If you know what you are doing, you can easily catch 100+ every trip (I fish once a week) in April & May ...and at least 50+ in June, July & August. There also doesn't seem to be a better time window during the day...if you can locate a colony, you can catch them any time of day..
