Just curious on if the lake is safe to run or full of stumps. Where is the boat ramp located? trying to go sometime next week⁹ 3 Ramps - One near the 897 bridge and two on the old 1396 Roads N. & S. of the lake. https://tpwd.texas.gov/fishboat/fish/recreational/lakes/bois_darc/access.phtmlAs to running the lake: https://tpwd.texas.gov/fishboat/fish/recreational/lakes/bois_darc/index.phtmlStanding timber is present west of the 897 bridge. Approximately 50 large brush and concrete debris piles were placed in the eastern half of the reservoir. There is a good boat lane cut in the middle of that timber, but to get into any of the ponds or other shoreline areas over there, you're going to have to wait or find an old farm road/fence line. On the East site, there is obvious timber in some of the creeks. While the trees are still full, it is easy to navigate where you can actually go, but there are plenty of places you just can't get!
