Well went back to La Mancha today got there at 3:300am and only one person fishing and was leaving he wasn't happy, so I figured it stil slow, but stuck it out anyways only to small thumps did'n start catching fish till after daylight, couple of guys showed up with minnows and they caught a few, end up with 2 good ones and a keeper, caught a hand full of little ones . left at 10:30 am. best bite was around 9. techique of the day was to leave the jig with nibbles on it hangin over edge of dock, just sittin there waitin on a bite like I was minner fishin, kinda wierd but it worked, there my report not a great day but still better than staring at the tube

We are talking about Lake Leon to be correct. I fish Brownwoods crappie house (wild duck) the bites pretty slow btw. Was curious on la mancha dock. I have a few questions. How deep is the water there is it brushed really good. How much for a day trip. If you get there before 5 to beat the crowd is there a honesty box or do you have to wait till there open to fish. Do I need to bring my own lights. Last question what kind of breakfest taco do u like. Lol. Thanks in advanc..

very deep ...35 to 40 foot
and very brushy and the fish aint biting
5 bux a day and sometimes the NIGHT bite is a bit better
they have outlets for lights or did last year
wait till it gets colder longer and it will be a lot better would be my advice as of today thumb
