Unidentified fishermen found the bass biting at a local
pond. Fish were caught on a variety of baits including
the H&H spinnerbait, plastic worms, and top water.
Largest fish was about 3 pounds.

We kept about 10 of the smaller ones and released the rest. We caught about 18 fish total that day. Fishing partner wanted to keep some to share with his brother and his wife. He reports that they were quite tasty!

I've never eaten them; C&R vs. C&Eat is a touchy subject on this forum I would guess.

You should make those blackout bars a little bit bigger, it would sure help the looks of the picture. lol.
Those are purty bass, good eating size. Doesn't hurt to cull out a pond once in a while, takes a lot of water to support a bass.
