A friend gave me a Pelican Bass Raider 10ft along with a trolling motor..however it has no TX #'s or title. He got it from another person who used on a private pond. Tried calling a few TPW offices with no answer..what will it take to get TX #'s it does have a serial number and I checked the serial number through TPW website for ownership no info shows up. Thanks in advance.

* finally got in touch with TPW since never titled all I will need is a letter from friend that it was given to me .$65 title and TX #s*
Never fished from one of these before .. live on the water so hopefully this will be easy to fish around the house.
