Agree. Two teams in CST playing a full hour after their typical "home game" start times. All for TV.

In other weird hockey news, in the Western Conference, all of the lower seeds beat the higher seeds in their Game 1s.
Hopefully Stars bounce back tonight, get up by a couple goals and then headhunt a couple of Wild players to send a message. If they don't respond to the body banging early, it could be a long night.
Need a win.

The Stars need a fast start tonight. When they score early they seem to be engaged throughout the game. They will have to keep their focus and if the opportunity arises for a solid hit on a player like either Kaprizof or Zuccarillo would send the message back. Only problem with this is Stars have very limited grit on this team.

Just saw they called up Riley Tufte which will add a little more grit the Stars need.

Just went and watched some Riley fight videos. He may be called to answer the bell. 6'3" 235# and definitely not afraid to square up.

Most likely, he or someone, is going to have to deal with Reaves first. Reaves is there to protect those players.
If it were me, I'd be hard nosed into Kaprizov and let Reaves get out of control - which he will certainly do - get more focused on hitting to protect Kaprizov rather than playing hockey.
Once Reaves is lessened as a threat, the others will calm down too.

Most importantly, need to score early and get up by a couple of goals if at all possible.
