I wouldn't take any AB InBev product if they gave it to me. I would take it if they paid me to take it but still wouldn't partake of it. Same for Molson Coors.

Fishing, a man knows a serenity of soul and peace of mind that he finds in doing nothing else, and it makes no difference whether or not he catches anything. The mind of a true fisherman is not on petty subjects.

So they think the good people of America will just forget and start drinking their beer again because they put it in a camo can? That's as offensive as when they rolled out the tranny.

I am thinking of buying a 12 pack of the blue Bud Light and taking it to the pistol range. Shake it up and shoot it. Might be a good blow up, I dunno. Anyone tried it?

I just don't know why they don't stand up and say they made a mistake, publicly apologize, and sincerely say who they are. They had a great brand and are just pi$$ing it away.

They don't even have to apologize for hiring he/she/them/WTF to endorse Bud Light. They could get away with apologizing for hiring the wrong person to manage the brand (meaning the former VP of marketing Budlight) and I suspect many people would forgive them.

People are boycotting the brand because they are seeing the results in down sales weekly and there are easy alternatives to purchase.

Apologize and the sales will begin to creep up. It won't be immediate but I believe sales will slowly increase.

Sometimes it's just better to say nothing - the old British royal family strategy. They're counting on it to die down by football season. No sense in rocking that boat if they can just wait it out.

I'm pretty sure that internally there's a massive shake-up going on. If not, the stockholders will have something to say about it soon.

I agree to an extent but this boycott has legs and the longer it goes on the stronger it is going to get. The British Royal family can't be thrown out. They are going to be there for 100's of years. Bud Light sales are declining weekly for 5 straight weeks and summer is 2 weeks away. They had a history of great ad campaigns bringing tying sports, patriotism, and our way of life together. I believe it's time for a tug at your heart apology.

The positive thing about this is that other corporations pushing this garbage are (or should be) watching.

I went to the local convenience store yesterday, being short of beer. I got a 6 pack of Dos Equis and headed for the checkout gal. Walked by the lunch counter, and there were 3 good old boys there. They had seen me at the beer cooler. One of them said “man, nobody is buying the Bud Light”. I asked if they even knew anybody drinking it, and they didn’t. Said they would not be seen in public with a can of it in hand. This rejection of Bud Light is not a short term thing.

Realistically, it’s no different or better than a bunch of other light beers. So easy to just substitute another beer.

While it has always sold less in my place than coors light, miller light, and ultra it's been a staple on the tap for 13 years. I'm about to have to take it off tap because kegs going to expire..... the boycott is very real around here.
