Started off bass fishing and the wind was a bit out of control today. Caught 6 on Fluke, jig, and crankbait. 3lbs was the biggest. Fished Highsaw Cove. Moved out to deeper water looking for bass and low and behold I found a tree off the creek in Highsaw loaded with crappie. I switched gears and caught 15 or so. Mostly under size in 14' of water. Moved over to the road bed at the bridge and caught another 20 or so. Then moved over to 155 road bed and caught another 20 to 30. All on Bobby Garlands Mud Dauber. Considering how windy it was it was a pretty good day! Kept a limit....A couple of the fish still had some eggs. ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/HkhPnFsK/20230520-153034.jpg)

You see any hybrids on 155 roadbed? Two years ago they were stacked and all about 15”. Figure they are 20” now and a great fight

The big ones seemed to have moved off a bit and are probably in deeper water but come in to feed at times.
