That said, I have a weighted blanket and really like it. I think you should not get one that has the weight of concrete. Get one with a lighter weight. Mine keeps me from tossing and turning all night and waking up frequently. I don't get a lot of sleep under the best of conditions so something that adds an hour or so is great.
