Jordan Love has torn up the entire NFL. In the last 11 games, 9 of them he's been over 100 passer rating. They also have a stout running game. It's very tough to defend two-dimensional teams with a quality QB. Doesn't mean he's a bad coach - it means teams that take QB seriously are hard to defend and teams that reward QBs who consistently fail in prime time are destined to scapegoat and get an early start to the offseason.

A coaches job is to put his players/team in the best position to win the game. Dallas has enough talent if the right game plan was there.

When GB had at least three plays where the receiver was so wide open it was hard to have the defender in same camera picture. Dak isn't a SB winning quarterback without a top defense like 2002 Ravens or 85 bears. The cowboys get rid of DAX and the coaches, they would go to the SB next year with this talent.

I bet Jim H and a above average quarterback with this team you truly have a SB winning team. I am no sure Jerry can attract a top X's and O's coach tho. I am afraid they will squandered this opportunity

Jerrah ain’t fixin to bring in a top X’s and 0’s coach. If he did and the team had success, it would be because of the new coach and not Jerrah. His ego won’t allow that to happen.

My guess is Jerrah wants a guy that he thinks will have them in the SB next year. I don't see him going for someone that wants to do a rebuild. I've always seen Carrol as a motivator and good with a young team. I don't know if that will translate well with the Boyz. I'd like to see what Pete could do with the Boyz, it would be interesting in a lab experiment way.

McNuggets, Quinn and Jerry need to go. Of course Jerry will never go and will probably live to be 145 years old.
