My Yamaha will run fine all day but when I'm waiting to load the heat alarm goes off. The impellor was replaced twice and the thermostat and poppit valve was checked. Has good stream coming out. Am at a lost what to do next.

like i said mine was doing same thing. i changed the pressure control valve, now when i idling it doesnt get over 131 degrees. and also have alot more water psi under load. parts maybe different for you because mine is a 2010 yamaha vz200rtlr but parts number 14,15,16,17 is what i changed out. alot of videos on youtube showing how to change it. real easy. the parts are located under cylinder crankcase 3
