I make a 13 1/2. Essentially a grilled cheese with thin sliced tomato as well. Damned good!

Yes, low and slow….welder blazing hot fixes most things. Eggs, dairy, and things made from soft delicate flour don’t do well under the welding torch. Take your time, don’t have to hammer everything like a 18yo young buck. Be gentle.
