It happens. The following boat rode over the wake of the first boat then coming back to the left he sat on the wake.
The boat can hook, so cross wakes at more of an angle even if you have to turn into it more.

Whatever happened to Aaron Britt, when he took his boat for and off-road excursion across a rocky point a few years ago during a MLF tourney??? Did they suspend or DQ him back then???... Gotta admit I've had a few tell me they would never get in my boat again after an 80 mph. Run in the BassCat. Hop can raise you gratitude level with his Champion powered by a Yamaha 300. Rode in an Allison on Amistad that went 104 mph.

Sounds like MLF needs to get a handle on the unsafe boat operators in their events.

Aaron Britt was from California he had good success out east and his earnings went way down the longer he stayed east thats my take, he is back in California now fishing western events, His boat driving in that crash video was some of the worst and most stupid running I have ever seen he did everything wrong set him self up for that and just plain got lucky

And 99% of the time it does not result in what happened to him. He did get lucky. I bet many on here have been driving 70mph full trim and slid across a wake in a turn without bow hooking. I know I have and scares me everytime I do. But to the original post issue, They need to get a handle on running the no wake zones. The answer maybe don't fish these lakes with alot of no wake zones. I'm guessing this is already in the works and will become an issue in all MLF levels.
