I doubt it unless he is NFL quality as a coach. He is at the pinnacle in coaching for his talents, or will move laterally showing off his recruiting skills.

What recruiting skills???... He's lost 80% of his roster... If it wasn't for his son he'd have a 3 win season next year... The hype is gone... Dan

How can he even be mentioned as a candidate for an NFL coaching job. His ego and coaching style apparently don't go well at a large D1 school. He left the kids high and dry at his illustrious Prime academy. Me personally I hope he fails at every step in his life.

It’s crazy to me how nobody seems to see it.
He’s found opportunities for himself in coaching and his kids have followed. He’s coached Shadeur everywhere he has gone. Trinity Christian, Jackson St, and CU
He got to CU and they have to win NOW, so they completely flip their roster so they can win NOW. We want to win NOW, not develop anyone, we need to get in the portal and get winning players (which is an oxymoron) so we can win NOW. Everyone they bring in they promote as some sort of god send, cure. Oh, you were a 2 or 3rd string OT at UTEP, you gonna be a DAWG here!!!
Well. Look what happens. 4-8 last year. I think they’ll be around .500 this year. Then what? He leaves, because he had no intentions of developing anyone other than Shadeur Sanders, Shilo Sanders, and Travis Hunter. They will all be gone after next year, and so will he. It won’t be a surprise to anyone. That guy is so far focused on himself and his it is scary.

I feel over exposed to Sanders. For a losing coach, he gets more headlines than Jim Harbaugh and Kirby Smart. Win some games, win a conference, go to the playoffs. He is the PT Barnum of college football.

He is the PT Barnum of college football. He’s been a winner, he won a few conference championships at the FCS level at Jackson State. Perhaps he should have stuck around for a few more boombox classics

I love these types of stories... A lot of antidotal stuff but no way to verify the "estimated" facts... I'm sure the uptick in ticket sales was nice, but have you seen anyone wearing CU gear???... I haven't... Dan

Deion lost my interest when he started saying that folks were threatened by a "strong black man". I don't have any tolerance for the race card. He earned millions upon millions on the merits of his abilities. It's a case study on the American equal-opportunity meritocracy.

Yes, Deion is a flawed human being, as we all are. He knows how to get attention, that’s for sure.
