If you leave the nozzle on it full time, use Tef Gel on the threads. You should be using Tef Gel on the threads on all dissimilar metal connections on the boat anyway.

Soak it in your preferred fluid.

Don’t crush it with a hammer but lightly tap around the flats until you can get it to break loose.

Probably will have to use good wrenches as well.

Spend three days soaking it in various substances. Put it in a vise and get a pipe wrench. Then try a cold chisel to nudge it off. Then start beating the [censored] out of it with your sledge while being careful to not injure your previously injured hand. Colorful language will be a given so I’ll not include that step. Then throw the whole shisery in the trash and buy a new hose and nozzle. Jmho

Going to the farm tomorrow to mow. I'll try to get it off when I'm up there.

My wife's dad gave her the nozzle years ago and I'm trying to save it. It's already pretty buggered up, but I'll give it one more try before tossing it.

Thanks for the replies!!

I like those old nozzles. Best for flushing lines on bait and livewells. I don't leave mine on the hose. I sits in a baggie in garage to keep the mud daubers out of it.
