Well since the state has decided to make them protected game, that must mean the state owns the hawk. So I’d tell him to sue the state.

If he sues then ask him why he wasn't wearing his OSHA required hard hat. I saw a video of a lady that got attacked by an owl. It left some pretty nasty wounds.

This place could get a little boring at times without Mudshark.
