Lil Reds Longhorn Saloon in Fort Worth.
Close your eyes and pick any of them in a Bandera on Hunters Weekend, especially the Bloody Mary party.

The same thing it’s so many iconic places. Especially dance halls/bars. It ain’t what it used to be!

It was mentioned earlier but being the biggest club ever deserved a 2nd mention. None of the others ever had a movie based on and filmed on site.

11 street Bar is pretty neat place.

Six Mile Inn east of Conroe back in the day. If you want to take out some aggression you could get in a fight at the drop of a hat. Sheriff just came and broke it up and sent people on their way most of the time.

Issue was if you didn’t want to get in a fight. You would get some of “what you looking at….”

Longhorn Ballrom just down the road a bit. Owned at one time by Pat Butler who was in Willie Nelson’s band. Willie played there a few times.
