Since the price of brisket has gotten so high, pulled pork has become a strong option...

No ribeye to select so my second favorite is ribs A rib eye is not bbq. Reverse seared on my E-Z bake oven it’s the bomb

The chub you see at the deli meat counter under glass? They'll sell you the entire log. High quality stuff.
Put BBQ sauce on it.
Indirect heat and smoke it for at least an hour.

All good but pulled pork, not our deal.
You forgot chuck roast and tri-tip, both of those are A+ on the smoker.

Id rather a (smoked) bologna sammich than a chicken, pulled pork or turkey sammich.
Sausage sammich comes smoked, warmed up for eating.
I had a guy on the phone for an hour this afternoon pumping me for info on sausages . . .I dunno, ask the Germans ! ! !
