Y'all will love this one, I was coaching at Arlington HS and 15 year old Tay Tay Taylor Swift came with The Wolf and sang at a pep rally in @005 or 2006. You got to see that ? Awesome

Selena came and shook her bitty bitty bom boms after a minor league baseball game in Midland. This would have been in the early '90s, right about the time she was starting to break into the English music genre.

The Cars at 600 seat UTA auditorium. They were out promoting their first album. The Police at Longhorn Ballroom, probably 250 people there. How did you like The Cars concert? I am curious because back in High School I used to say they were my favorite band because I liked every song on every album they had put out up to the point (Shake it Up). My senior year, I finally had a chance to see them play live and dear God they were the worst live band I ever saw...music was so "over produced" in the studio that the live performance barely resemble it at all. It was such a let down for me...So I am genuinely interested to hear your take on it. I remember them being pretty good. Very stripped down show. We sat right in front of (five rows back) Ric Ocasek. I guess they were hungry then, Saw them later in an arena, they didn't come off nearly as good. Ben Orr had all the charisma in the band.

Yesterday morning 2 times i got in my truck " The Police " was playing the same song . 98.7 , most of time it's on 96.3
