then he came down real slow. PGR and I were invited by Steve to go watch him skydive on his 65th birthday today. he was surrounded by tons of friends and family, and even his prosthetic folks came in and family from California is therapist. Were there all them sky Dived with him. There was a low ceiling at first, but the fives broke loose and we were about two hours behind schedule, but we got to get them up in the air in two batches. this was not Steve’s first guy if he was a certified guy that ever back in the mid 90s, but this is his first jump since he’s lost all of his limbs. There’s not a guy in the world that I could think of that has a happier outlook on life with all the problems that he’s going through he’s to joy to be around and just brings joy to everybody around him. driving home now there will be photos and videos to come

I have never made a YouTube video before. I started out shooting the wrong pair so I switched to Steve. The landing was a little rough. Hell yah Damn right, Hell yah! Things I didn't know about Steve: He was a certified jumper for over 10 years in the late 90s +, so this was not his first rodeo there. And he has an incredible circle of friends and family. Family (siblings, in-laws, kids and grandkids, nieces, etc, from as far away as North Carolina, and they were there, too many to count accurately. There were folks from his medical team, a physical therapist and his prosthetist (who is making his new legs), there were friends of his kids that have known Steve since they were in the 3rd grade and they were there. There were reporters and video crews there because this was a big event for a guy's 35th 65th birthday (he just acts like he's 35). Out of all those folks there were nine or ten who jumped with Steve yesterday. I had to almost physically restrain RATZ from joining in. I am 79 now and have never met anyone in my life that has the attitude that Steve expresses and lives out every day.
