 boat and kayak show in rockport

ok i heard that there is this kayak and boat show in rockport where you can test out the kayaks.. does anyone know if this event has already happened or when it will be held, and if there is another place that will let you try out the kayaks before you buy??

Nothin' here. I know that there was a boat show in Corpus in Jan. Lots of places to rent yaks down there. Slowride outfitters would be my choice for a guided trip. I'll check around to see if there is some kinda' demo day.
