Fish the cut or canal between the two when you get to the end where the jetty sticks out there is a river that runs just west of it and all species of fish use it. Live bait works well. Head to the dam .There is a deep water hump on the west end of the dam line up with a concrete barrell on top of the dam as the hump is straight out from that location.Or you can fish the discharge side of the power plant for some top water action. Small baits are the best producers of late.

How was the boat ramp(s) and water levels? I want to give that lake a try here soon.

Boat ramps still usable, lake is near 6 ft low.
Use Caution, there are some very shallow points.

the canal between the two is 18 ft
you can run it
if you split the two poles
