My son and I took the Kayaks to the Trinity river above lake worth this evening, you access this thru the Ft Worth Nature Center ($4 a head).

The fishing was slow, but what a great place to taje the kayaks. If you like slow and relaxing, this is the place.

I did have an adventure when I snagged a 5 or 6 pound carp on an ultra light, that was quite a rodeo. I had thrown into a likely looking spot, as soon as my lure (beetle spin type) hit the water there was a big swirl and the fight was on. I hooked the carp in the dorsal fin, and that thing drug me all over the river before it finally wore out and I could get the hook out of it.

Sounds like fun! Did you see a lot of carp?

A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk I have a work station.....
